ハートリーフの根元です。

ステイゲリアナの様に脱皮すると赤いと思っていても白い幹が出てきたりしてしまうのですが、このハートリーフは今のところ脱皮の兆候がありませんので、勝手に写真を拝借（申し訳ありません）して、樹皮で比較させて頂きました。



decipiens: rough throughout, hard, tightly held, fibrous, fissured grey over yellowish brown.



polyanthemos: smooth throughout or with persistent flakes of rough grey bark at base of trunk only; smooth bark mottled cream, grey, white and yellow.



vestita: rough on trunk and branches, box-type, grey, brown-grey or mottled with grey and white patches; branchlets glaucous or nonglaucous.



websteriana: minnirichi on trunk and branches, red to red-brown.

そこそこの大きさになってくると、根元の樹皮は片鱗を見せてくると思うのですが、今の状態ではwebsterianaに一番近く、次にpolyanthemosといったところでしょうか。
